BBX Companion - Account Deletion Guide

Follow these steps to permanently delete your BBX Companion account. Once deleted, your profile and associated personal data (email, nickname, country, profile photo) will be removed according to our retention policy. If you need help, contact support@bbx-companion.com.

Steps to delete your account

1. 1. Go to "Manage Account" when logged in

   Open the app, tap your profile or menu, and select Manage Account.

2. 2. Go to "Delete Account"

   Inside Manage Account, choose the Delete Account option.

3. 3. Enter your password

   To confirm your identity, enter your account password in the prompt.

4. 4. Press "Delete Account Permanently"

   Tap the final confirmation button to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.
